You will learn how to investigate the dynamics at play and learn how to change your subconscious beliefs.

You will get practice reverse engineering behaviors back to thoughts so we can take them captive and replace them with right thoughts.

There are a lot of simple natural health practices that have become overlooked. We will identify culprits to your health and remove them. By restoring the health baseline we will seek to eliminate many of the issues that may be popping up in your physical health. Once that baseline is established we can fine tune to support specific remaining issues.
  • 🌞 Integration and Sustainable Transformation: Witness the integration of spiritual, mental, and physical wellness as you create a personalized wellness plan. It's time to live a transformed life and experience sustainable well-being. We will work on a sustainable plan to continue moving toward increasing wellness over time and beyond the duration of the course.
