Regulating with Cendrine’s exercises is one of the best parts of my day. It is so helpful to be guided and led by the sound of her voice. The variety of exercises gives me the freedom to choose what I may be needing for that particular day or moment. I enjoy the blend of breathing, visualizing, connecting to my body, prayer, and simply resting and listening. Cendrine’s voice is so gentle, the imagery is very soothing, and the exercises are beautifully paced.
