I didn’t know how much I needed some of these exercises, but WOW. I am blown away by the release I feel in my body and the depth of connection I feel to God and my heart as I do them. I love getting to pick which one I need most that day, so having a variety to choose from has been amazing. Although I’ll be honest, once I find one that really lands I notice I tend to choose it daily for a few weeks before moving onto the next one. There’s just such a powerful settling that comes as I take my time to soak up each and every exercise. I could not recommend this library more!

Regulating with Cendrine’s exercises is one of the best parts of my day. It is so helpful to be guided and led by the sound of her voice. The variety of exercises gives me the freedom to choose what I may be needing for that particular day or moment. I enjoy the blend of breathing, visualizing, connecting to my body, prayer, and simply resting and listening. Cendrine’s voice is so gentle, the imagery is very soothing, and the exercises are beautifully paced. During and after the videos, I feel that I’m not alone in my experience, and that I am worthy of being taken care of. I feel the “withness” of God, of Cendrine, and of myself. While regulating by myself has been a wonderful practice to develop, regulating with Cendrine has been particularly nourishing and beneficial to my daily practice and well-being. I highly recommend her nervous system reboot!
