Step into a guided 4-week live cohort designed to give you a strong foundation in nervous system regulation. In this program, you’ll learn to recognize your body’s survival patterns, meet triggers with practical tools, and begin building daily habits that create real stability and resilience.

What to Expect:

  • Duration: 4 weeks, with one live session per week via Zoom

  • Replays: All live sessions will be recorded and available for you to review at any time

  • Foundational Focus: This course covers the essential first steps in understanding and supporting your nervous system, including high-payoff tools for resourcing, daily routines, and awareness practices

  • Interactive and Practical: Each session includes guided exercises, discussion, and the chance to ask questions and troubleshoot challenges live
